    Ohlins forks overhauls ?

Who, where & how much, please?

personal experience is always preferred, sadly my choice local guy does not wish to take mine on at present, so: Big players...

    KAIS
    Maxton
    K-Tech
    brooksuspension

    etc...
Ohlins website does not even list authorised service centres.
    Cheers - Frank

Frank, if you do a search on 'ohlins authorized service center uk' a fair few places will pop up.

I've no personal experience, but Maxton and Kais would be on my consideration list.

JHP Coventry did my fighter forks in two days. Don't know about cost as it was done under warranty. They did have loads of forks there on the bench when I was last up there.

I go to Kais on a regular basis (been today) I've used them myself for the SFs plus the bikes and units that I drop off and pick up for DucatiManchester and find their work to be top quality, Maxton have a great reputation but I've never used them myself but I think something as important as you're suspension should only be worked on by professional's.

It's Maxton for me I've been using them for over 30 years now without any complaints.
I had them overhaul inc' re-chroming the stanchions and modify/re-valve the "Period" original Ohlins forks and shock on my 851/916 in the last couple of years and have been very happy with the results.
In the past I've also owned/used some Showa Ducati forks that had been modified by K-Tech, IMO these were among the best I've ever used.

Edit...I've no experience of any of the other companies specialising in suspension, so can't comment on them but...
Most if not all of the TT winning bikes over the last God knows how many years? have had their suspension set up by either Maxton or K-Tech.

Mine were done by JHP during a service, can't remember how much as they did rear shock and steering damper at same time, it was quite pricey.
