    WDW - Here we come!

Sorry for being absent recently, the MacMillan run and WDW have taken its toll...

An apt term since 'Tolls' are quite prominent in my mind at present.

But Saturday we leave on the DFDS ferry to Amsterdam, next day is down through the Black forest, before a run along the B500 to a nice overnight hotel stop.

Next is over the Alps via the Furkastrassa, made famous in the Goldfinger movie apparently, that I've not got around to watching for the right clip.

Down through the great lakes, dipping a toe into France and then the coast of the Italian Riviera for a while.

Next is Italy mainland and the Ferrari Factory.

    Then - LOL

Lamborghini factory and Ducati Factory and Museum in the same day before blatting to Cattolica on the East coast where we stay for 5 night to get some land-legs and some WDW madness...

    Cant wait.

Not even planned the 2nd week and the return home yet, so this will be a test of mobile comms.

Might try the Stelvio pass, I get the impression its overrated but after doing the Grossglockner and Timmelshock last time in 2012, they will be hard to beat!

    Ciao - Franko

That sounds fantastic Frank. I so wish I was coming. I love those Alpine passes, and can't imagine anywhere better for enjoying the handling of a decent motorbike.

Cheers Mark. It's all a bit daunting but exciting too now the work on the bike is done!

The Monoblocks are pretty awesome but I'm not sure the matching to the radial master I have is totally correct, two finger easy stopping power is nice mind.

Back in the day, before global warming dramatically reduced the size of the Rhone glacier . . .

I could be unkind Mark and ask if the first picture is one of your holiday snaps, but if won't. I am so jealous of people going to WDW !
