In all the searches I've done on the colour code topic, I have eo say that I've found there to be many discrepancies, and much conflicting information on the topic.
It's a very tricky customer to nail down........
Thats primarily why I went direct to Palini, as I knew the match would be spot on. The gold on the 1098R wheels is a tricky one as it has a chromate in it which gives it a faint silvery hue, unlike Marchesini's paint which is much bolder and more yellow in colour.
I am half Italian as well which helped make sense of what they were explaining to me when I phoned them up!!
